SoftTuning – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes the terms under which SoftTuning ships products purchased through softtuning.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

SoftTuning currently offers delivery to customers throughout Europe, with future expansion planned for worldwide shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified if a delay is expected.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times (after processing):

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Europe (EU countries): 2–4 business days

  • Other international destinations: coming soon

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal or customs delays beyond our control.


5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

SoftTuning primarily ships orders via PostNL and other reliable courier services depending on destination and package size.
All shipments include basic delivery confirmation.
Tracking information will be added once full tracking integration is implemented.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination country

  • Total order weight or size

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing your order.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by their destination country.
SoftTuning is not liable for additional charges or delays caused by customs procedures.


8. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If an order is returned to SoftTuning due to an incorrect address, non-payment of customs fees, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees or handling costs.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please report it to the courier upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photographic proof.
We will investigate and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
