2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and contracts concluded through the website softtuning.com. By purchasing any product, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products and Services
SoftTuning sells automotive lighting accessories and related products.
All products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or component design may occur without affecting the product’s functionality.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
During the checkout process, VAT (where applicable) and shipping costs are calculated and displayed before final payment.
SoftTuning reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect confirmed orders.
5. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted through the website only.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the available payment methods.
SoftTuning uses Stripe as a secure payment processor. Payments are encrypted and processed through SSL-secured connections.
SoftTuning reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of fraud suspicion, incorrect information, or other irregularities.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped from The Netherlands.
SoftTuning currently ships throughout Europe, with plans for worldwide delivery in the future.
Estimated delivery times:
Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Europe: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not legally binding. Delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors are beyond SoftTuning’s control.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify SoftTuning by email within the specified period.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
8. Returns and Refunds
For defective or damaged items, customers must provide proof (photo or video) of the issue.
If the defect is verified, the customer may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
9. Liability
SoftTuning is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the product.
The maximum liability of SoftTuning shall never exceed the total purchase price of the product concerned.
10. Force Majeure
SoftTuning shall not be responsible for failure to fulfill any obligation due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, transport disruptions, or governmental actions.
11. Intellectual Property
All images, texts, and designs on softtuning.com are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Reproduction or use without written consent from SoftTuning is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
All agreements between SoftTuning and the customer shall be governed by Dutch law.
In case of dispute, the competent court in the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
