1. Overview
At SoftTuning, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product meets our quality standards.
This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding product returns, replacements, and refunds in accordance with EU consumer law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Customers within the European Union have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@softtuning.com with the following information:
Your full name and order number
The reason for return
Clear photos or videos (in case of a damaged or defective product)
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or wrongly delivered items.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with proof (photo or video).
Upon verification, you will be offered one of the following options:
A replacement item at no additional cost, or
A full refund of the purchase amount
SoftTuning reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a refund or replacement.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the time for the refund to appear may vary.
6. Exclusions
The following types of items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products that have been installed, modified, or used
Items without original packaging
Products damaged due to improper use or installation
Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
7. Exchanges
SoftTuning currently does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
